After being in Real Estate for 30 years, I’ve learned that everyday is different. Every client, every transaction and every house is different. This variety is what I enjoy most about being in real estate.

I’ve never pressured or talked anyone into buying a home, but I have talked people out of homes. It is my job to point out the pros and cons and educate the buyer so they can make a well-informed decision. Much of the home search is done up front by the buyer via  my online property search program, HomeQuest. My clients have already previewed the homes online and are more prepared when it comes time to tour homes. I’m efficient and coordinate the details from the home tours to the offer through to closing.

I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life and find that my sense of humor mixed with honesty allows me to easily connect with others. When you list your home with me, I will first help you understand what needs to be done to prepare your home to be marketed. You never know what will ultimately sell the house. It’s more than putting up a sign. I believe in doing everything: pricing the house right, traditional advertising, internet marketing, flyers, open houses, providing agent feedback and consistent communication. A combination of these things will sell your house.
